This shot shows Rob on the sidewalk leading to our front porch, with strawberries growing behind him and Natalie's herb garden in from of him.

The north side of our house sports spring flowers, and lots of moss-covered ground, but you can't see that here...

This shot is one of my favorites that I took from inside the crater of Mt. St. Helens. It shows a bit of the lava dome framing the right side of the shot, with Spirit Lake a few thousand feet below in the foreground and Mt. Rainier in the distance. If I remember right, I hiked out of the crater on this given day...

My absolute favorite shot from inside Mt. St. Helens! This shows a group of people I was with in 1994 getting ready to go down into the steaming opening created along the side of the still-hot lava dome. At the bottom of the 40-50 foot drop is an ice cave - the ironic play between fire and ice carving miles of caves inside the snow field.

One last shot with farmer Rob in front of our funky blue house. Yep, that is where our garden sits. I hate mowing, so we dug it up and made it useful. Speaking of which, maybe I should head out there right now!

Our dog Rhia is good buddies with Loki, curled up together here on a blanket in the office.

Yep, this proves it...Rob does indeed have a big nose. And a rather odd tan mark along the front there last spring too...Note to self: No more profile shots.

And there is Rob on a bad hair day while at Crater Lake Nat'l Park in Oregon. That cone you see behind me is Wizard Island. It turned out to be more than a bad hair day a few miles further along the rim of the former Mt. Mazama when our car broke down....

Rob playing yet again, this time with Heidi and Hannah's dog Ginger. We saw ginger again recently....she is HUGE!

Can it be? Is that Natalie in a picture? Yep! She allowed me to put up this photo of the two of us during an outing near Rialto Beach and Hole in the Wall on the Washington Coast!
