Will six months be enough to save Net radio?
Bill could spare Webcasters from silence. Online radio companies would gain a six-month reprieve from new copyright fees under a bill introduced in Congress. Will it buy them enough time to prevent their shutdown? [CNET News.com]

HTML and email don't mix

Do it! I have not used HTML email for the last year since switching to PowerMail as my mail program, and I tell you that you really don't lose anything by sticking to text that everyone can read, that makes your email virus free, and that simply leaves things like Web pages and photos where they belong....on the Web.

NetNewsWire Lite 1.0.1b2. This new beta has two often-requested changes: it remembers the size and position of the split views, and you can tell it (via the General prefs panel) to have URLs open in the background in your browser.
