Lapvantage Dome adds another ergonomic option
The new Lapvantage Dome is an ergonomic computing aid for laptop users that raises the height of your PowerBook up to eye level on an adjustable platform that resembles the Apple iMac. Options include a fixed height model for $49.95 and an adjustable and swivel base unit for $70.
Another interesting product from this company is Lapvantage Portrait, a combined laptop stand to raise the height of your screen along with Pivot software to allow portrait screen viewing. Alas, the bundled version of Pivot is Windows only and the MacPortrait software available separately doesn't currently run under Mac OS X...
The Lapvantage Dome looks like an interesting option for more ergonomic computing with a PowerBook, something that has become an issue for me lately since I am spending so much more time writing at my computer...
