A record month of writing and research
We are back home tonight after another two-day trip to Eastern Washington. This time we camped in the Potholes region south of Moses Lake, Wash., and from our campsite alongside Potholes Reservoir I snapped the shot to the right of the sun as it started to set behind a small tree along the edge of the lake. We dashed back home across the Cascade Mountains this evening, wrapping up another weekend of putting ungodly amounts of mileage on the car - 495 miles this time - all in the name of meeting the deadline in researching and writing our upcoming book, Birding Washington. I hate to admit how many miles we put on the car this month (2566) while researching a great number of chapters for the book. We also spent eight days in Eastern Washington...
Back to work tomorrow though, and more regular updates for Mac Net Journal!
