Maybe it is just me, but unless someone convinces me that HTTP really needs to go, I am not about to jump on the bandwagon with anyone from Microsoft to lead me down the path to a Microsoft-engineered architecture for the Internet.

Bill Bumgarner reviews Mac OS X. [Scripting News]
All together, I would say that after reading this review of OS X, it sounds like Bill sees some of the same benefits and shortcomings of OS X that I do. Almost a year after the commercial release of OS X, there is still room to grow and refinements to make before this is the OS for everyone. But I can say one definitive thing: After moving to OS X, there is no going back to Classic. I can't imagine being back in the Mac world of 1999, before I bought the first OS X Public Beta and set off on this new journey...
